well, we're glad that Buddy didn't fall thru...that's a FAR fall down to the tile....
numerous 'trays' in the ceiling...but we can fix the damaged area by replacing the rock and securing the other stuff....see the tape joints that are now falling...

21' up on contractor's scaffolding....the sheetrock is cut out....
replaced....and mudded with Hot Mud and Sanded...with Sponge (remember, no sanding dust...??)
Sprayed and textured.......AND Painted.......scaffolding and tarps removed....mission accomplished..@!
