Upon arriving..we found 2 Air Force Sweatshirts guarding from the frost....and the chocolate lab was friendly.
we removed the plastic trashbags (Hefty , of course) and the sweatshirts
and found....

foam wrap already installed to protect from cold...then we installed the Fake Rock to protect from the Ice...it's projected to be 9 DEGREES TONITE...
we fired up the Contractor 'Trash Pump' and started pumping the water out of the ground for the plumbers...33 degrees...
